WHAT IS THE HAPPINESS GUARANTEE?

While we strive to always deliver the finest and fresh organic coffee. We know it is possible that the Niu OrganiCo will not be perfect 100% of the time, but we always want our customers to have a perfect experience. We stand behind our customers and want to make sure you’re happy with Colombian Express Coffee LLC and our coffee! This means we will provide an equivalent store credit or replacement when appropriate.

DO YOU GUARANTEE THE SAME EXACT TASTE OF THE COFFEE?

Because, we import our coffee from Colombia. Our roasters work their best to get the right and same taste. But sometimes in the shipping process some of the quality could change.  However, if quality of our coffee is different from what you usually order, please contact us with your order information. A photo would be very appreciated and can be uploaded in the contact form!

WILL THE COFFEE BAG BE EXACTLY THE SAME AS IN THE PICTURE?

Because our coffee package is handled by one of our Artisan Roasters, It might not look the same. However, our Artisan Roaster partners will do their best to handle it carefully so it looks and feels the same as the picture shown.

HOW LONG DOES THE COFFEE LAST?

With proper care, our farm organic coffee will usually last between 3 – 4 months with the same flavor and aroma. However, we have seen coffee last up one year!
