WHERE’S MY NIU COFFEE?

DOES FEDEX REQUIRE A SIGNATURE?

Colombian Express Coffee LLC does not require a signature, but FedEx will sometimes require that recipients sign for International shipments or internal shippments. If your Niu OrganiCo is coming from one of our South American farms, FedEx may ask for a signature. You also have the option to sign for the package online. To do so, use your FedEx tracking number, which can be found on your order page, and track the package on FedEx.com. Once you have located your order, select the “Sign for Package” option.Often, with signature release, FedEx will leave the package if someone is not there to accept them. FedEx trusts its drivers to keep packages safe; they give them the final say on whether to leave a package or not. FedEx wants to make sure nothing happens to your Niu Coffee if someone is not there to accept the order. You may also sign up for the FedEx Management tool to leave notes and instructions for your driver.

HOW DO I GIVE SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS?

By signing up with the FedEx Delivery Manager, you will be able to leave special instructions for your driver. We cannot customize the delivery for you on the site, but the process of signing up with FedEx is very easy!

FEDEX DIDN’T LEAVE MY Niu COFFEE ON THE DOORSTEP, WHAT NOW?

If the delivery is not left at the delivery address, FedEx will either try to redeliver the package later in the day or the next morning. Typically, there is a door tag left at the door or delivery location that specifies the next steps of the delivery.

If they continue to have problems with the delivery, they will hold the coffee at the nearest FedEx shipping facility. You can access this information, and also leave special notes for the driver using the FedEx Management tool. Sign up here.

IF MY ORDER SHOULD BE DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY DO I FILE A CLAIM WITH FEDEX?

Sometimes a box can get a few bumps and bruises along its journey, but because of the way we package our coffee inside, it will still fresh. If your order is drastically damaged upon arrival, please contact the Niu Organico. Customer Experience Team with any photos you may be able to provide. We will manage everything with FedEx, and help find a solution that makes you happy!

HOW DO I TRACK MY NIU ORGANICO COFFEE?

Tracking a Niu OrganiCo Coffee delivery can be done through your NiuOrganico.com account, under Order History if you ordered from our No Rush delivery.

A few things to note:

  • If your order was placed under a Niu OrganiCo account:You will receive an email that provides you with additional tracking information through FedEx. You will also be able to track the progress of your delivery using their online tracking tools.
  • If your order was placed under a guest account: Guest accounts are unable to be accessed after your order is placed. To get the status of your delivery, you will need to reach out to our Customer Service Team here. By contacting us, we can provide you with the most accurate tracking information.
  • If you ordered from our Same Day Delivery:Because these orders are coming from our fulfillments partners, the tracking is done either by the partner themselves or their delivery service. You may reach out to our Customer Support Team here, to get more information on tracking Niu OrganiCo Coffee.

Keep in mind, tracking information will only show progress once the Coffee has been picked up and scanned. If you do not see the tracking information under Account, do not worry, as many packages are not scanned until the night prior to delivery.

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER IS Colombian express coffee LLC PARTNERED WITH?

Our farm-direct coffee is delivered with FedEx, or UPS. Same Day Coffee deliveries use local carriers.

IS DELIVERY AVAILABLE EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK?

We can deliver our farm fresh Coffee every day with the exception of Saturdays and Sundays. As U.S. Customs is closed on Sundays, delivering on Saturdays and Sundays would put the quality of our Coffee at risk. Plus, farmers and the employees need their rest too!

WHAT TIME OF DAY WILL MY Niu Organico cofffee ARRIVE?

FedEx aims to deliver your Coffee in the morning, however delivery times are subject to change depending on the delivery route and driver. Please read our tracking instructions if you are having trouble following your delivery’s progress.

CAN AN ORDER BE RE-ROUTED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS ONCE IT IS ALREADY SHIPPED?

We do not reroute packages, as the vast majority of reroutes never make it to their final destination.

FedEx may offer reroutes, however, the success rate is fairly low.

The best and safest option is to have your flowers held at the most convenient FedEx facility for you or your recipient. To pick this location, visit FedEx.com with your tracking number and select the ‘Customize Delivery’ button. From here, you will be able to ask that the flowers are kept at the facility of your choosing.

HOW DOES THE COFFEE ARRIVE?

Niu OrganiCo Coffee is shipped in a branded, eco-friendly box. Inside, the coffee is wrapped in either corrugated cardboard or butcher paper.

IS SHIPPING ALWAYS FREE?

Monday – Friday shipping is complimentary when you order through your free Niuorganico.com membership! If checking out as a guest, weekday shipping will be charged depending on the area.
